“This is unresponsive when using with gloves and therefore not really what we expected. It hurts your hands without gloves and so difficult to use”

“I ordered two but didn't get boxing gloves with my smart music boxing training machines. One of them was smashed up, and they should have been delivered before Christmas due to the fact that they were supposed to be Christmas presents, this was very disappointing. The machines themselves were really good despite the fact that one was broken”

“I ordered two smart music boxing training machines as Christmas presents for my grandchildren. They have only just been delivered and one of them was smashed. They really liked them but was upset that one was smashed. I've had to get my dad to glue it back together and then put tape around it to help hold it together.”

“I'm still waiting for the music boxing training machine, last time you contacted me you said it would be delivered by the 24th December, so I thought great in time so my Nephew won't be disappointed Christmas day, well that's come & gone. If I don't recieve it in the next 5 days I would like my money back as my Nephew wanted this Christmas not the next one, so disappointed in your service & customer care disquisting .”
