“Girl at the reception was nice , we paid a extra £20 for late check out , which we weren’t expecting, never got our food as tribute was running late , the singer was good , we were are the very top 3 flights , there was no hairdryer or tv wire or plug , but the girl came up with a spare wire”

“The evening function room was really lovely, the staff were helpfull and friendly and the entertainment was good. However, I have not much else very positive to say; the ground's of the hotel need work. It isnt maintained, in particular outside the 'Annex' where we stayed looked on to the car park and a pile of rubbish. The hut door looks on to a massive wall, and really needs landscaping, plants or something! They were clean and the bed was comfortable, but it wasn't very nice to spend time in. The food was TERRIBLE! The rissotto for dinner looked like sick on a plate and tasted like a pot noodle. The breakfast was equally as bad, the coffee was like mud, the toaster didn't work properly. There was no fruit in the selection and the cooked breakfast was also poor quality. So we were pretty hungry and deflated when we returned home. I wouldn't stay there again.”
