“Most of the Staff in hotel were lovely & friendly , apart from one man on reception at the front desk taking calls , who I spoke to the previous week who was just plain rude ,but the spa team were kind and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with what was at the spa. Swimming pool did look a bit cloudy and my daughter did refuse to go in it, but I was told it was okay, but overall our experience at the hotel we was lovely & the cream tea in the garden was really great and the lady who served us was polite and helpful. The garden was a lovely hidden surprise with the beautiful peaceful setting and water feature. We got this on a deal so it was worth the money paid.”
