“Horribly complicated process and hard to navigate website tagt looked dodgy. Customer service was quick and good when I emailed but having to read an a4 page of instructions just to play isn't quite like playing the lottery.”

“DO NOT BUY THIS DEAL i bought this for a present from my husband and iIt has caused me nothing but problems. I contacted the company help line on numerous occasions as my user name did not appear in any of the syndicates I was supposed to be a member of. They failed to answer this query and just kept sending bog standard responses which did not answer my query. They asked me to review the product and when they didn't like my review suspended me permanently from their site instead of addresssing my legitimate complaint. When I asked for a refund as i had got nothing from the deal they said that I had to get the refund from wowcher!!!! If you read other reviews on trustpilot you will see that people are also complaining that winnings under £20 cannot be cashed. I do not think wowcher should deal with this company. WOWCHER PLEADE REFUND MY MONEY NOW OR i WILL CLAIM ON MY CREDIT CARD”
