“Ordered XL checked size still felt like a small. Charged it anyway to see if it would fit my wife but it won’t turn on states rechargeable however would only work constantly plugged in.”

“I ordered the XL in the Heated Vest . When it arrived I measured the garment because it was so small in size,, it was almost 40" Chest which I know is definitely not a XL. The size was more like a Medium. Also I was expecting a battery Pack with the garment, but sadly this was not included. I contacted Wowcher to return the Heated Vest because it was too small plus no battery. Emails was sent and after 6 weeks they kindly refurbished my money, which I was grateful of. This is why I have only awarded 2 Stars. I am unable to order a bigger Size .”
