“I haven’t received it and I have written you emails about it, but you haven’t responded. According to your email on 29/08/2024, you indicated that the phone was delivered, but I never received it. Oder number 47975590 and Wowcher Code: T3K3Q7-ECT37T. You also stated that in your email , the Wowcher Order for this phone was 58355523 from Wowcher deliveries. Please correct this error and deliver my phone to the correct address. I have written here because, you have not responded to my two emails.”
