Sent a Kindle Fire 7 (9th Gen) instead of the Kindle Fire 8 (10th Gen) as requested. Now, I'm trying to get the thing I paid for, AND organise a return using my own money!! NOT been a very good customer transaction at all so far!

Didn't receive purple fire hd 10 , I received a blue fire 8 , I didn't want what I did not order therefore trying to get refund but it's very difficult, so buyer beware you will not get what you ordered and Amazon is around fifty pounds which is what I was ripped off by a twenty pound fire 8 Don't buy from this seller

It's a good size for taking outdoors, but when touching the screen it's not very good it's very slow

Not happy at all screen cracked tried to get in touch with the merchant twice have had no reply from them absolutely disgusted.
