“The due date has passed, the service center is like a ghost completely absent, I have sent dozens of emails with no answers, they do not update. The app has deleted the tracking and says to contact them but only by email and they do not respond. I bought 7 of these shelves and a pair of shoes and still have nothing. Better to avoid them and buy elsewhere, you save money and time”

“out of the 3 racks we ordered only 1 has been delivered and we arestill waiting. Trying to get hold of someone to sort it out is a nightmare. NEVER AGAIN”

You have redeem only 1, please redeem the other two. Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher.
