“Shocking service. I ordered this and took a day off work for the delivery a week later I still have no bed and nobody seems to want to help. The company are ignoring my emails and Wowcher don’t seem to want to help either. Money has been taken from my bank account however I have no bed and no idea if I am going to get it. Will not be using Wowcher again as customer service is shocking.”

“The mattress is not what is showing in picture and it’s not10 inch thick, is not medium to firm it’s soft not overly impressed tried communicating but struggled how to communicate so given in until now would be nice if communicating by phone regarding this”
