“Parcel went missing after waiting for the delivery. Was then sent replacements in one order which I paid for two delivery fees so this seemed unfair. Bags are fine but sticky feeling and not the same colour as the picture”

“Very delayed delivery 3 days after it was due to be delivered, the handle and strap were both stuck inside the bag to what I think was glue. Wouldn’t recommend”
