“Lovely bag. See my complaint to you Wowcher. I ordered and paid for 2 bags and you only delivered one. Apparently I need 2 x vouchers. Why does your order process have to be complicated! And when are you going to send the second voucher so I can redeem it and obtain the second bag.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately. “The clasp on the long strap snapped off the first time I used this, I was out and didn’t have the short strap with me , disappointed now as can’t use it poor quality of s metal clasps breaks when never been used, will complain but probably won’t get anywhere”
