“Found our bus stop and waited the guide got off and scanned my barcode on the purchased Wowcher on my phone and printed out bus tickets off ,these were to use for 48 hours ,we hopped on and off a few times with ease and returned the second day to do it all again hopping on and off stops we didn't the day before . Headphones available on the bus to hear the tour guide or can listen via the bus speaker.would recommend to use on the lower deck as the bus engine is quite loud .buses arrived around every 20 mins .all bus driver were friendly.there were around 30 stops”

“No issues with the Wowcher purchase but the bus was not entirely punctual. On the first day (10th August 2024) the bus never arrived. After a 90 minute wait we hired a taxi. The next day we submitted the voucher to the vendor at one of the stops, only later I noticed we were furnished with one 48hour pass and one 24 hour pass-we did indeed purchase 2x48hour passes! On our first journey the bus stopped for close to 40 minutes waiting for a mother who was trying to sort out her tickets for her family. She left her children on the bus and disappeared for the 40 minutes. Now I fully understand why the bus is not punctual. I did ask why the bus didn’t arrive on the first day and apparently one of the buses broke down resulting in a knock-on effect. Possibly we were unlucky?”
