“Bed delivered was not what I ordered, very plane grey bed was delivered and left on the doorstep, one of the delivery men was very rude. I emailed within 20 minutes of receiving the bed to try to get it swapped for the correct bed as I thought it maybe be a simple mistake, I did not receive a response so then got in touch with Wowcher to see what they could do, I was told they would contact their merchant on my behalf with the pictures I provided and that i should give them 3 days to respond, after the 3 days I was again told to wait 3 days, 3 days turned into 4 weeks. To this day the ‘trusted merchant’ has not had the decency to get in touch with Wowcher or myself so I have been left no choice but to return the bed myself via a courier which has cost me almost as much as the bed itself. This merchant clearly cares nothing of their reputation. Please be ware when buying a bed, this is not a situation I would wish anyone to find themselves in.”

“It's the worst experience from ordering from somewhere.. we haven't even received the bed. Me n my partner both work so nobody was home n I had a message saying there gonna be at my house in 40 mins like nobody works so I called them told them so they was gonna sort out another delivery date n time but not heard nothing back n that was 2 week again so I emailed wanting full refund n I've not heard nothing again..”
