“Had a great time. So pleased I booked it for my daughters 50th birthday. Couldn't fault anything. Room was lovely. Staff friendly and efficient. Food was delicious. We had a very relaxing time. Good size pool and spa facilities.”

“The spa was lovely but unfortunately the room we were put in was really noisy and hot. I didn’t get any sleep so what I wanted to be a nice relaxing break turned out to now be.”

“Stayed here the weekend before for valentine's day. The room was small, However wasn't not clean properly before arrival. The room was very cold had problems with heating, eventually given portable heaters. Some of staff have hygiene issues and the uniform on some of staff was not clean, tidy and iron. The staff attitude at breakfast unhelpful and rude. Definitely need to work on customer service, if you going have young people working there makes sure they have manners. The staff could not take a proper breakfast order correctly. The staff member at reception, was wonderful example of good customer service. I would not be going back to this over priced night stay. Definitely not worth the money spent.”
