“Charged twice for delivery. Have raised it with Wowcher customer service multiple times but they didn't do anything despite promising to look into it. Looks the customer service processes are either not in place or are not fit for purpose.”

“I thought I ordered the CORSX brand snail mucin as advertised however, I was sent a Carvenchy brand snail mucin instead. Which is not what was advertised on Wowcher. I am very disappointed as I have ordered another 3 which have been shipped.”
