“This item has not arrived and I am still awaiting a refund. Very poor service. When I reported to the supplier that I had not received the item the next day I get an email from Wowcher saying my item has been delivered "today". That seems very strange and I have cctv and a ring doorbell to prove that it was not. I would never use Wowcher again, there is something very wrong here.”

“Would love to leave a review but a week after it has “claimed” to be delivered and I’m still going back an fourth with “customer support” first they cant find the order, then provide 2 different delivery address as “proof of delivery” after I’ve confirmed my order number. Very poor service do not buy I think it’s a scam”

“Ordered this for the parcel to then go missing. The only option available was then a refund, they wouldn’t send me another one. I then get an email saying the refund is a credit not and not money back into my account. I think this is totally unfair. Bought the product from a different retailer and it is perfect”

“Never received it. Caused me so much distress trying to sort it out. Been offered wowchers as a refund but this would only mean reordering with the postage again at my expense. And I dont trust that i would even get the item.”
