Thank you for contacting us, Providing it is within 14 days of receipt - If you don't like the item you have received and haven't opened it from it's original packaging, you can return it to the merchant for a refund. Please note returning for an exchange is unfortunately not possible for Mystery Deal products.

“Nice bottle of Dolly Perfume but the buttrfly was broken from the bottle. Assured, no problem, just return it and get refund. I paid £3.50 to return it and after weeks of having to prove I sent it I finally received a "Credit" ??I want refund to original payment as I imagine would be the default action.! Now the Credit is still there as I do not want any more hassle with Wowcher. Incidentally, not eeven a mention of the Postage I paid to return. I have totally lost faith with Wowcher. tehy are definitely not on customer's side.”

“Would definitely not recommended these mystery perfume deals bough 2 and got 2 cheap brands which no one what's and if you did they would be cheaper to buy from Amazon to be honest is as put me off wowcher they should monitor there supplyers More closely DO NOT BUY THESE DEALS”
