“Cruise was great but we were only offered sandwiches. I questioned this but that is what I was told. We did not get the afternoon tea.”

“Had a very pleasant cruise with excellent staff aboard the lady of the loch.. very knowledgeable commentary. Cafe staff were a bit unpleasant initially but they were just about to have bus trip in. Afternoon tea was very good lots of choice of sandwiches and cakes..a very good day”

“Loch Katrine cruise and lunch was a fantastic day out, all staff from ticket centre to captain to cafeteria were super friendly and welcoming, great stories from the captain on history of the loch, tennents draft on board would be great to see the tennents tap functioning again in cafe area, food and drinks for lunch was great value, can’t wait to go back”

“Great day out, enjoyed the boat trip informative and friendly staff, the staff at the ticket office were very pleasant too. Afternoon tea served with a choice of good coffee ,tea and cold drinks waiting staff happy and helpful. Would recommend and definitely going back”
