“It's not as warm as it's being made out to be. My old duvet is warmer than this and my old one is 15tog rating”

“The duvet is really warm and cosy. I don't need to put heating on during the night as duvet is good enough to keep me warm all night. Fits great in my covers and sits nice on bed. Arrived in good time. I was kept informed at all times as to what is happening.”

“Not very Happy. I ordered & paid for 2 single quilts but I have only received one. I have had to order another one now. Hopefully I will be refunded or sent the other quilt. If so, I will then have 3 for my kids.”
