“Not acceptable that I’ve not received my order off you.I’ve had it sent to my work which take in deliveries of all kinds on a daily basis.im not sure where you have delivered my order as its not to my work and you have not responded to my email.This is for my partners birthday present and now thanks to you guys she will not be having it for her special birthday.How can you use such a incompetent delivery company that has just delivered it anywhere and not even called me if he was unsure.im absolutely gutted and will tell at least 10 of my friends how rubbish you guys are.spending £45 and not even having the goods is not exceptable!!”
