“Haven’t tried it yet as disappointed as the advert for the Wowcher makes out it’s the original Brazilian Bum Bum cream. Photo shown is not what I received . I paid delivery twice as I bought 2 creams yet they came in same parcel. Also ordered the sprays at the same time and they haven’t turned up. Emailed for a refund but not had a reply back.”

“I am really disappointed with this as the photo showed it was the real product which is why I ordered it and when it arrived it was something else plus to return the item for a refund will cost me more money”

“The photos clearly show this as 'Brazillian Bum Bum Cream' this is not what was sent and yet Wowcher and their partner company who sent this do not seem bothered that the items people pay for are not the items they are advertising. This is completely false advertising, not to mention the absolute rip off postage. I paid and extra £7 PER ITEM for express delivery to receive the items by 24th April. They didnt arrive until 30th April.. almost a week later than I paid for and yet I received no apology or refund. Appalling service, false advertising, counterfeit items, rip off delivery. If I could give minus stars I would.”
