“Afternoon tea was booked for 12, arrived at 12:30, then the oat milk required before booking wasn't made available, the food had frozen cheese, non existent cream cheese in the sandwich, when changing the afternoon tea I wasn't told that the gardens that we had access to wasn't available on Tuesday as it was closed and only open from weds onwards. So I wasn't happy with the service”

“Lovely setting. I used to work there when Bovis Homes were based there as offices so it was strange going back for a different reason. I think it's much more suited to a hotel and wedding venue. The food was absolutely lovely, particularly the warm scones. We weren't offered any different types of tea but it didn't really matter, we had a lovely afternoon and had a wander around the grounds afterwards. I would definitely go back and am thinking of staying overnight as a treat.”
