“Never received Christmas gift I purchased this Wowcher as a Christmas gift for my 6 year old granddaughter. I also paid for Evri’s speedy delivery service to ensure it was delivered in time for Christmas. I ordered it 11/12/2023, the item was collected 12/12/2023 and to date 28/12/223, it is still sitting in Evri’s gateway warehouse waiting to be shipped. Not such a speedy delivery (I’d hate to see they’re slow delivery ) I have tried contacting Evri, the selling merchant and even Wowcher, but all have automated services that send you round in circles and give you no chance of speaking to a human. I gave my review 1-5 because it wouldn’t allow me to give it a lower mark.”
