“What an excellent stay. All the staff were so good and helpful. Nothing was too much to help us. The good was amazing and breakfast was super. Special mention to Natasha from the bar who helped us sort an Uber. She was do kind. Recommend a stay without doubt.”

“We were offered a half price food deal which was never honoured. Despite wasting my time trying to sort it out (on a big birthday) they eventually offered compensation. Admin rubbish but hotel is great. Central location, lovely breakfast...”

“Lovely stay. Hotel was clean and tidy. Room was a great size, bed was HUGE and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous. Only two things stopped me from giving our stay a 5 star: 1. The ridiculous price of parking. £25 per night. Despite it being the Hotel's own car park. 2. Our room was not ready, despite us arriving after the 3p.m check in time. We were told to go for a drink (without a complimentary drink being offered in the bar I may add) and return in an hour. At 4, it was then ready. Apart from that, the hotel was fantastic and would stay again, but would look for alternative street parking.”
