“Arrived with a dirty screen but initially thought the Chromebook itself was ok. Then the touchpad froze on two occasions- seemingly resolving itself after a number of hours. In addition a last update notification arrived and I realised that no further automated system updates or bug fixes would occur as the model was so dated. Disappointed as this was not indicated. Item returned for a refund which had to be tracked and was a further cost to endure because of this Chromebook that”
