“I ordered and payed for a 10” deep mattress. I informed the company as they delivered a 9” deep mattress. They told me to open it but it only increased to an 8” mattress !! Having sent emails back and forth I’m no closer to getting an agreeable conclusion. I cannot send the mattress back as I’m 73 and physically unable to take mattress down from the fourth floor to ground floor to get it picked up. Plus it’s going to cost around £40 to return it when it’s not my fault !! Please can you help me as they are no longer responding to my emails. Thank you”

“A bit disappointed with the mattress, was expecting a better quality than I received. Not much of a gel layer. This is the first time ive bought a rolled up mattress, the springs are prominent and it hasn't puffed up as much as I was expecting. The bottom line is the mattress I received isn't what was shown in the photo.”
