“It looks unwieldy at first glance due to the supports for the neck. Also it’s unfortunate that there’s no means of powering up from the mains. Overall though works well and presents good value for money.”

“I love this massager. Doesn't only do the neck but can be used on the whole body. Different settings for a more gentle or deeper massage. I have only had it a couple of days so I haven't given it a proper look over but so far I'm loving it and as someone with arthritis and lupus this means a lot. Fantastic value.”

“I use it to treat the pain from arthritis in my neck. It is heavy but once it is lying correctly you can feel the benefit of 4 separate areas of massage. It reaches farther down the back than most neck massagers and I speak as someone who has purchased about half a dozen - all bought in an attempt to alleviate pain without prescribed medication. This massager does help.”
