“Booked the spa day for my girlfriend on her birthday. The day before I was informed our treatments would be at different times throughout the day. This meant we couldn’t spend the time together we had wished for.”

“Staff was really kind and professional, really easy to deal with. we really enjoyed our treatments which was done is a relaxing and calm space. The pool and spa facilities was well explained to us and we felt the whole experience was worth it and relaxing exactly what we wanted from it.”

“The reception from Bannatyne which helped me sort out my booking was fantastic but unfortunately I didn’t get her name. It was my first massage and it was wonderful the lady made me feel at ease from the beginning definitely 5* to the young lady. The spa i.e pool, steam room was disappointing. Great for a swim or work out if you choose to use the pool but certainly not what I expected from a spa deal. I would return but only for the massage”
