“Have not received despite getting an email saying it was delivered. It was NOT. Have cctv, 4 cameras so can prove no delivery. Woucher contacted seller and as yet no reply. Thought it must be scam as no contact from local delivery company to say it was being delivered by them.”

“When pillow arrived after three weeks I found it was not as described in Wowchers Catalogue instead of it being memory foam it was a fibre called Kapok which is nothing like memory foam at all”

“This pillow is not firm enough to support the neck, which was the reason I ordered it for. Very disappointed in the filling used. Ok to use as a normal plllow.”

“Wowcher are very difficult to deal with. I ordered and paid for two pillows and only delivered one The pillow itself is very soft and does not give support.”
