Good morning If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section. “Unexpectingly fun, its not expensive but actually will pick up off the floor, struggles with thick carpets but good on thinner rugs and on other floor”

“Very small, about 10 inch diameter. It didn't move over carpet and barely picked up on hard floor. There was some debris in the chamber, so it had picked up some dirt. At £9.99, all I can say is that you get what you paid for.”
