“What a beautiful place Slayley Hall is to stay, the staff where excellent both in the Reception and Dinning room. When they found out it was my Bjrthday they sent a place decorated with chocalate and happy birthday written on it. Both the evening meal and breakfast where of a night standard and plenty of choices. Well done Wowcher.”

“Slaley Hall is a lovely venue in wonderful settings.. The spa facilities are wonderful. So I give it 4 stars for this reason. Now to the bad parts the bed was very hard borderline uncomfortable. We had the meal package in the restaurant. Starters I ordered hot roll with garlic butter. First one came out burnt, the 2nd was cold. I had steak and ale pie, I was expecting home made when it was more like shop bought, my partner had mixed grill he asked for it medium rare but it came medium. This mixed grill was nothing special and would have been something you got in Wetherspoons. Breakfast was plentiful with a varied menu to cater for everyone. Good.”
