If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section. (If you don't see the 'Want to return your item?' section, please contact the merchant directly - their details can be located on the Wowcher/Voucher under merchant information) Select your refund option : "Wallet Credit" or "Cash" Click on the 'Start a Return?' button and follow the prompts to complete your return request. (If you don't see the 'Start a Return' button, follow the provided prompts to request a return or to contact the merchant directly.) Once your return is requested, you will receive an email containing a QR code and/or return label, just follow the instructions provided in the email to return the item. After the merchant receives your return, they will inspect the item then your refund will be processed within 5 working days from the time the merchant receives the return. Please note: If your item is damaged/faulty, take some photos as evidence in case of dispute from the merchant. The photo should display: The entire item (out of the box - if safe, please inspect the item even if the packaging is damaged). The packaging if available. Close-up and clear photos of the damage.

“Very disappointed. Calendar tiny, small rubber characters, parts of the faces missing. Cheap & nasty but price does not reflect this. Have had to buy a replacement. Would not recommend.”

“As the packaging was not appropriate the Advent Calendar was squashed and all creased which was quite upsetting.”

“The item is of very poor quality and while understanding it’s Disney inspired the figures are of little resemblance to the characters they are based upon. Plus there are some characters which I’m not sure are Disney inspired. Paint was missing from some characters too. Please don’t waste your money on this.”
