“Small double no storage - the frame was slightly damaged when it arrived. The issue was I paid £39.99 extra for delivery - I live in a 1st floor flat & only told me 30 mins before actual delivery that only delivered to ground floor! That is not a delivery to my home. When asked about damage they offered a replacement - I asked if they would deliver to actual flat & take damaged frame away. They would do neither! I asked for a discount instead as bed is usable but damaged & they told me Wowcher did not allow concessions. So feel unsatisfied with whole situation”

“For starters the bed I received looks nothing like the picture. The quality of the bed is very poor. 2 of the caster wheels snapped before even being used. The headboard fixings are on the divan part of the bed that has the drawers in, meaning if you have side drawers its impossible to open them. Contacted wowcher but have had no apology or any explanation. Not worth the money.”

“Bed base appears quite flimsy for 2 adults to sleep on so have had to reinforce it. The headboard in the photo looks really tall but when it has arrived it is very short in height. Lovely colour and material. Looks nice.”

“Although the bed is perfect, I am giving it 3 stars because it was delivered through courier express whose customer service is absolutely ridiculous and tiring. Their customer service agent was also really rude.”

“Well considering I paid for a bed that never came and I'm still waiting on the money going back into my account and for taking money out off my account nah sorry yous are scammers . Yous are getting plastered all over social media. Absolute robbers its disgusting leaving a child without a bed over Christmas.”
