“I am currently trying to get a refund,the item arrived broken and also looked nothing like I was expecting from the picture shown .they keep asking if I want a replacement but i keep saying NO a refund,won’t be buying from this company again .”

“Disappointed with size, design and clarity of images on front and back of the three cut-out silhouettes. No instructions of how to attach or connect the supplied light unit for each silhouette. Advise at least avoiding purchase of smallest version of advertised products. ☹️”

“It looks in the picture that they are bigger than they are, they are very small. It said they stand up by themselves but they don’t. They only light up when you wrap wire lights around the outside Not what they advertised, they look cheap and nasty”

“They are an absolute waste of money they are nothing like the real thing they are 3 small reindeers made of cheap plywood the light isn’t even attached to them they are in no way like the advertisement ,,, so avoid buying these terrible reindeers they have ripped me off for 2 sets of them !! I’m disgusted and they should never be advertised . I’m going to report this to the trading standards people and i”

“I thought it would be bigger and for the outside it came about 4inches big enough for a plantpot and the light was a waste of time wasn't happy for the price and but not worth posting back a real con”
