“Blanket never heated up. USB wouldn’t plug in totally so there’s a fault there.See pic below. I would like a full refund”

“The pouch which holds the power-pack needs a velcro patch as it will always slip. Also very little heat if any is generated unless I've got a faulty blanket”

“Works better plugged in than with charging pack. Only half of blanket has the heat wires so not fully heated”

“It was delivered 6 days later than it was supposed to and when it arrived it was faulty I sent it back and haven't heard anything anout it yet”
