“Really not happy with quality. Luxury duvet and pillows it was described as. Pillows are to be put in skip, cheap rubbish. Bought a cheap duvet and pillows from homebargains to keep me going till delivery. I spent roughly £20 at Homebargains and pillows are good and so is duvet. I thought well if this cheap homebargains stuff is good, just wait till I get my luxury £45 worth of duvet n pillows from m4mart. After I open my delivery, quick to notice the pillows once inflated From vacuum are cheap, horrible things and flatten as soon as head drops on it!! The duvet was probably equal to the cheap 10.5 tog homebargains one I bought to use until I received the so called luxury stuff. I will continue to use homebargains stuff atm. Also the m4mart duvet and pillows had no branding. No washing directions , no nothing. I don’t know if it’s actually made to British standard( prob fire risk aswell)!! Oh and the pictures of the product when I bought it look nothing like what I received. Had zero choice on what pillows I wanted whether soft /medium /firm. The pillows on photos had lines going through them and actual product was plain. ( I took a screenshot of item when I bought it). For maby a few £ more I could have actually bought a feather and down duvet and then bought 4 x pillows of my choice separately. Now I’m left with homebargains stuff that I bought as a cheapo to use for a week. Its better than m4mart stuff and 4 pillows from m4 mart that are useless, and getting sent to skip. Could have sent it back but hassle of repacking all that and paying for postage return, I think not!! Rather take the loss. It’s not the money that’s the problem. You look forward to getting a new luxury duvet and especially nice new pillows so it put a serious dampener to my weekend. This is not a bad review for Wowcher , I believe Wowcher has some really good deals. This is a bad review for M4MART!!!! Attached are screenshots of the product as advertised.”
