“At present I have not received this item which was due to be delivered 24/12/24 and was meant to be a Xmas present for my 8yo son. The main supplier Maqio are stating wowcher over subscribed and wowcher keep throwing it back to maqio so I am currently out of pocket with a very upset child and no one wants to take responsibility. I am absolutely disgusted at this service and won't be recommending or using this service again. You'd think as it was a child's Christmas present one of these big corporate companies would take responsibility and send my son his game!”

“This was meant to be delivered in time for Christmas. No communication from the supplier at all. Had to email them to request refund. No response from them directly. Got a refund from Wowcher but have to use it on Wowcher not given back the cash.”
