“Bedroom third time lucky it was ok. Poor decor thro out hotel inside and outside. V diffferent from 8 years ago. Receptionist very nice , tried her best with limited resources. No complimentary toiletries or wine as advertised. Not even hand soap. Leak bathroom floor. Hole in bedsheet. Menu same both nights so ate elsewhere 2nd night. Limited avail on menu. Sweet served with soup spoons and staff thought this was ok saying, " it happens sometime" Chicken meal was tasty. Staff not on duty lazing in residents lounge unapologetically chatting on mobile . Room v long way from reception esp when using a crutch . This hotel was like Faulty Towers. Just as well my friend with me took this 2 day break in gd spirit. If one didnt laugh one would cry! Sadly i would Not recommend this hotel in this beautiful area. New owner needs to visit his acquisition and plough some money into this business☹ I did email manager but no reply so spoke to reception who asked me to re send email- which i did - but still no reply!”

“Hotel is very fun down, staff are over stretched & not very good with customer service. No bar or lunch on offer during the day. Pool was nice & staff at leisure club were first class.”
