“I ordered the coat with the intention of using as a gift, having been given a date for delivery I felt safe in the knowledge that it would arrive in time however the expected date came and passed after a week post due date it finally arrived unfortunately I had to but a different gift and now stuck with a coat not needed very annoyed and very little help in resolving the issue delivery tracking is the worst I've ever known”

“Coat is good quality but the sizing is way out. Ordered an xl for my husband going off the size chart provided but needed to be a 3xl.”
