“I ordered 2 for my grandchildren, the boxes were poorly packed and came damaged, unsuitable now to give as a gift. When I tried to contact the sellers, they would ot believe me and insisted that I had to pay for their return if I wated a replacement. To date I am still fighting for a refund, I cannot send back as they are refusing to pay the postage. The advents themselves are so small probably the size of a A5 envelope so not even worth the price you are paying and then you have to pay postage on top of £3 per advent. I am now going through my credit card company to get the refund”

If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. “Extremely disappointed with size of product not worth £9.99 plus the £ 4.99 postage. A friend bought 3 and was shocked and what was said is unprintable”

“I have not opened any of the calender windows yet, so I can't comment in relation to the overall quality. However, I was surprised at the size of the calender - I expected it to be bigger.”
