“Don't bother you will be ripped off & ignored, should of been delivered on or before 19/09/25 but not received. I have emailed 3 times with full details of purchase regarding failed delivery with no communication received back from company requesting delivery status info or refund if no info available. Disgusting customer service or should I say lack of it, fuming at being ignored & can't afford to lose £20. Grand-daughter has lost out as it was a gift for her. So well done & thank you GENOVA & WOWCHER !!!!”

“Awful. Was advertised as a Pandora Advent - it's not. It's a cheap imitation of Pandora. Takes a month to arrive and misses Advent. You can't get a response from the company sending it out and they won't refund your money. Very disappointed and would advise people not to bother.”
