“I bought the 9 inch and this is extremely poor, very poor quality and don't see where the memory foam is as all you can feel is springs. Only for needing this urgently I will keep but strongly advice against this, nothing like the picture. Also delivery was left outside our front door where thankfully a neighbour seen and took this in !”

“It’s a scam and ripping off people, don’t buy it, It was the worst purchase I ever had in my entire online shopping, I ordered two for my kids , It arrived but it’s not close to any mattress, when my sons sleeps on it, touches the bed, The seller is very difficult to communicate, after I sent them pictures they said that I should send it to them with my own shipping cost which is more than original price, It’s a”

“Way to soft and lumpy for me. I thought the combination of supportive coil and moulded memory foam would benefit my osteoarthritis in my spine. I find it very uncomfortable and now do not know how to return it as it is out of its vacuum pack and box. Please help”
