“Fit was perfect for my 4 year old but quality is terrible for the price. Mask strap had to be self assembled and paint was coming off of it. I ordered via express delivery which was nearly £7 and it still took nearly 2 weeks to come.”

“The costume is good, however, I requested a mask with red eye scarf and I was sent the one with a blue one. I had to paint the eye scarf red.”

“Not overly impressed, was delivered 8 days late and was sent with the blue mask and not the red which my son wanted”

“I gave this order 2 stars as the ease of ordering was good and it was delivered on time. The garment itself is badly damaged on the inside with holes, bits of material falling off and and the stuffing coming out. Trying to return it but the merchant is insisting there is nothing wrong with it and expecting me to pay the return charge!”

“Very unhappy with this deal. I ordered a specific character for my son with autism. The wrong character arrived the da before Halloween which meant he couldn’t wear the costume that he wanted to. It really distressed him and us trying to explain why the wrong item . Returns procedure not clear. Reluctant to use Wowcher again!”
