“Absolute waste of time and disgusting customer service DO NOT PURCHASE. You will be harrassed by travel agent to book they only offer one option for the value of the wowcher and the timgs of flights mean you have barely anytime in destination. They will then upsell you all the other option from a mininum of an additional £80pp. I have selected one these option and paid the additional fee only but to be given a differnet hotel then lied to about it location and is no where near the city and take an hour to travel there. Complaints raised over a week ago with both travel agent and wowcher no repsonse despite constant email and when you try and call the travel agents once booked they no longer answer the calls. I have eneded up paying more than it would have to book indepently myself and ended up no where near the city costing me more in travel. NOT A DEAL AT ALL source indepently you dont save nothing with this so called deal and no one will assist once they have received their money.”

“Flights were quick, hotel was ok for 4*, no smart tv tho and hotel is 30 mins away from Amsterdam Central, cost us 30 to 40 euros in a uber Ad is misleading the price is for 1 person and to add 1 more it cost us just over £500 for both people”

“I was offered a trip to fly out of one airport to go to Amsterdam and fly back to a different airport. So yes the offer was there but I would be driving to the airport so needed to come back to the one I left from. So I ended up paying an extra £109 per person and there is four of us so ended up being a bit costly. And there was a bit of pressure to make up my mind as they said the original flight would be gone and then I would have no option to pick another date and airport. It was a bit stressful. I doubt I would buy again.”

“I booked got a quick cheap trip, never used Wowcher for travel before, and will not be again. When contacted to book Prime Travel wanted extra £100 pp to have a direct flight, or 8hr stop in Munich, so ended up having to fly to Eindhoven, which made travel time extra long. When finding out these details I wanted to get a refund from Wowcher, but they advised even though it wasn’t booked, because I had called them, this meant it had been ‘redeemed’ Hotel was nice, but 3miles out from the centre with a 0.6mile walk to the nearest tram stop, and in middle of no where, next to dual carriageway. Was supposed to have 40hours in destination but due to all travel, and the travel time to and drop the hotel to centre, it was dramatically reduced. Will never book travel through Wowcher of with Prime Travel again, quick booking for short cheap break was worst break have had and would have been cheaper and better to book direct with Bookings.com for flights and Hotel accommodation and chose where hotel is. Which I will do next time. Obviously everyone has different experiences, and this was mine, so never again.”

“The hotel was different and further out from the city than what was advertised so spent a lot of taxis/trams getting in and out of the city centre. BUT Overall a good stay with lots of site seeing.”
