“Absolutely ridiculous customer service tried to contact t hotel to arrange a'suutable date via phone and email no reply .Git a email to. Say someone had been off sick so offered a date which didn't suit. Asked fir fullrefund but just getting nowhere .Certainly will nit be using site as can't speak to a real person”

“Great wee spa day only a couple of things mean I'm not giving five starts. One the robes are small so I wasn't able to go about comfortably because I didn't feel covered and there isn't a jacuzzi in the spa”
