“The spa experience was brilliant but when it came to the afternoon tea, the service was atrocious, we were sitting at the table for half an hour and they hadn't even acknowledged us or offered us our prosecco and tea/coffee we had to ask for it. We ordered a cocktail each (2 people) and waited around half an hour for these. The afternoon tea wasn't great for what it is valued at, there were multiple people there when we were and they had the same experience, one couple waited an hour for their afternoon tea due to dietry requirements, even though it was previously mentioned when they booked it and 3 times had to put it back as the food they received was wrong. When one of them (vegan) received her sandwiches she had a lettuce sandwich and a tomato sandwich (literally a bit of bread and lettuce/bit of bread with tomato) and she also received a steak pie. When she brought it to their attention she was offered a slice of toast in replacement of the pie.”

“Absolute 5 star service. The spa was really lovely and the afternoon tea was the best that I have had in a long time. The staff were so nice and friendly too. I will definitely be back.”
