I received my iPad runs very slow and I can’t download any apps onto it so basically no use

Bit rubbish really. Can't load any apps and very slow. Should have guessed as much for the price. My own fault. Lesson learnt.

If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section. (If you don't see the 'Want to return your item?' section, please contact the merchant directly - their details can be located on the Wowcher/Voucher under merchant information) Select your refund option : "Wallet Credit" or "Cash" Click on the 'Start a Return?' button and follow the prompts to complete your return request. (If you don't see the 'Start a Return' button, follow the provided prompts to request a return or to contact the merchant directly.) Once your return is requested, you will receive an email containing a QR code and/or return label, just follow the instructions provided in the email to return the item. After the merchant receives your return, they will inspect the item then your refund will be processed within 5 working days from the time the merchant receives the return. Please note: If your item is damaged/faulty, take some photos as evidence in case of dispute from the merchant. The photo should display: The entire item (out of the box - if safe, please inspect the item even if the packaging is damaged). The packaging if available. Close-up and clear photos of the damage.

They never explained that these pads can no longer download anymore and the iPad was in the most horrendous state its had more scratches and marks on it than a box of tellers tea bags don't buy from then.con artists

This I pad wasn't even reset and took all day to charge then couldn't get on the internet sent it back

Cannot get the Ipad to work on the Internet. All search engines say Webkit encountered an internal error. Have phoned the company they told me to reset Ipad I done this but still not working, same message on pad. Have tried to phone again but they will not answer please help.
