“Nice massage. Lucy was very friendly and was able to treat the problem areas in my shoulders. There was a slight problem getting myself onto the massage table as it was a bit too high and there were no steps available. It also moved when trying to get on it, and was very narrow. The reception area was freezing cold and the young lady at the desk was busy on her phone munching chocolate and drinking Red Bull. Staff were wandering around in bare feet and slippers, and I was kept waiting after my appointment time although a brief explanation was eventually given. The massage was booked for 60 minutes but unfortunately it did not last that long.”
