“Sent it back could not log in”

“Wrong colour was sent and it was covered in scratches. Delivery was meant to be secure but it was left in front of a neighbors car and not discovered for 2 days. I tried to contact orion firstly about the delivery but then secondly about the wrong color laptop being sent and they do not respond to any emails. I have now returned it after paying £12 for recorded delivery, they have not acknowledged this either!”

“The chromebooks OK,,, but I wish I had bought it direct from orion computers on Ebay,, I would have saved the £10 postage wow her charged.... Postage is free on ebay..”
