“Would highly recommend the spa day to everyone! On booking the appointment I spoke to Anthony, he was so patient and understanding when i was trying to find a suitable appointment time (i got some last minute time off work and was hoping to get squeezed in very last minute, which he managed to do!) and his professionalism shown when i called 3 times to get the appointment booked around my schedule. Thanks again Anthony for your help! He then texted to confirm the time and date which is always helpful. The free parking right behind the gym is ideal and the online videos on the website was a nice touch, especially since I'm not familiar with the area. From entering the building the staff member at reception, Stuart was friendly and welcoming. He took us to have our lunch from the cafe on site, the 2 female staff in the cafe were so accommodating and chatty and the food was fantastic! We were honestly suprised at the quality and quantity for it being part of the deal. After finishing food and a coffee and being able to sit without being rushed, Stuart came back and took us into the spa area. He showed us exactly where everything was and even quickly explained what each thing was and how to use it. Before leaving he made sure to ask if we had an questions and said if we needed anything at all to just pop out to him and he'd be happy to help. The spa area and the changing facilities were amazing, all in great working order and very clean. After having a chance to use all the facilities, the therapist Courtney came to intoduce herself and explained how the treatment would go. Courtney was so nice and made sure that i felt completely comfortable, asking questions beforehand meaning that i could just relax and enjoy the treatment time. The massage was unbelievable and you can really tell just how knowledgeable she really is in this area. Honestly couldn't suggest to change a thing, myself and my friend both left feeling so relaxed. On leaving Courtney and Stuart both asked how we got on and gave us a friendly goodbye, wishing us a good day and to hope to see us back. All staff that we spoke to were beyond professional and friendly and really made it a great experience. Will definitely be back, thanks again!”
